We are excited to share The Alice Springs Steiner School’s 2027 Strategic Plan, a roadmap designed to nurture growth, strengthen our community, and inspire future generations. Guided by our core values, this plan outlines key goals to enrich our educational offerings, support holistic development, and ensure sustainable success for years to come.

We are proud to launch our new strategic plan, Inspiring Futures: The Alice Springs Steiner School 2027, which honours our deep traditions while boldly embracing the future. This plan is grounded in our steadfast dedication to creating a flourishing learning environment that nurtures confident, capable, and resilient young people.

Following 18 months of thoughtful research and active community engagement, our Strategic Plan reflects the collective vision of the TASSS community, ensuring our children are well-prepared for the future. We are committed to equipping each student with the knowledge, skills, and values they need to thrive and carve their own unique path. Our aspirations for our students are high, and we believe in the boundless opportunities that a holistic, Steiner education offers.

Strategic Objectives

1. To provide a well-resourced and supported school with the infrastructure and capability to deliver a world class Steiner education. 
2. To better share and promote understanding of the benefits of our school. 
3. To further develop the school to embrace the First Nations' culture and understanding of local Mparntwe history and culture. 
4. To further develop the school's capacity to better reflect the diversity of our broader community and the environment in which we live.
5. To continue the expansion of the middle school.
