About the Role
As a Class Teacher at our school, you’ll:
- Deliver engaging and integrated learning experiences based on the Australian Steiner Curriculum Framework (ASCF)
- Foster academic, artistic, and social development in your students
- Prepare and lead all Main Lesson blocks and subject lessons not covered by specialists (e.g., painting, handcrafts, form drawing, recorder, etc.)
- Cultivate a calm, beautiful classroom that nurtures learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and community in a spirit of shared growth.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re an ideal candidate if you:
- Are a qualified and registered teacher in the NT (or able to register)
- Have a genuine interest in or experience with Steiner education.
- Bring creativity, warmth, and adaptability to your teaching practice.
- Are open to deepening your understanding of Steiner pedagogy and child development.
- Have or can obtain an Ochre Card, current Police Check, and First Aid Certificate
