A Celebration of our New Middle School Building

The Alice Springs Steiner School is celebrating a significant milestone with the official opening of Stage 1 of its Middle School building on Monday, 3rd March at 8:45 AM at 163 Ragonesi Rd, Ross.

This exciting development provides students with a purpose-built classroom and an outdoor working space designed to foster hands-on learning, creativity, and collaboration. The school, which has been serving families across Alice Springs for 27 years, continues to grow, offering an education for the future and providing families with another choice in how they educate their children.

The event will feature a short ceremony, guest speakers, and a guided tour of the new facilities, followed by morning tea. Community members, local leaders, and prospective families considering Class 7, 8, or 9 enrolments are encouraged to attend.

“The opening of this new space is a significant step forward for our school and the wider Alice Springs community,” said Dina Fieck, Principal of The Alice Springs Steiner School. “It strengthens our ability to support students in their middle school years by providing a purpose-built environment that encourages hands-on learning, critical thinking, and personal growth.”
