Individual Support Assistant (ISA)

This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a creative and committed school team. Our school is a place where children are nurtured, supported, and challenged so that they can develop their capacities to grow into well-rounded human beings.

This is an excellent role for a recent graduate of Steiner education training who would like some classroom experience before taking on a Class teacher position. Or a qualified mainstream teacher interested in dipping into Steiner education. Teacher qualifications are not required for this role; however, they are highly desirable.

Qualifications required:

All applicants must be eligible to gain a current Working with Children Card (Ochre Card).

Essential Criteria:

• Ability to work one-on-one and in small groups with students that need learning support.
• Ability to follow the school’s policies and procedures.
